# Validator Node

Astrolescent operates a Radix validator node named **“Astrolescent”**.

The validator fee is **5%**, resulting in a competitive base return from Radix network staking rewards.

To further incentivize delegation, Astrolescent distributes approximately **2% annual rewards in ASTRL**, paid weekly. These ASTRL rewards are funded from the Astrolescent **airdrop budget** and are intended to boost validator participation.

Validator fee income is treated as part of Astrolescent’s overall revenue. Any resulting profits are shared with **ASTRL stakers**, in line with the Astrolescent token model.

The validator is operated with monitoring and redundancy in place to ensure reliable participation in the Radix network and consistent reward distribution.
